Renovation of 7,500sf of Nursery/Preschool classroom space for Children’s Ministry in Whittier. Renovation included exterior elevation upgrades with new energy efficient windows, new flooring, paint, & lighting, new roof, and updated drought-tolerant landscaping.

PROCESS
Information Assembly / Feasibility Study : Our initial meeting will serve as a consultation and will help us to determine the goal(s) of the project and the anticipated scope of work. Part of the consultation meeting includes verification of the existing conditions in (and immediately surrounding) the design area. This time will also be used to review local zoning requirements to verify any potential limitations to proposed design ideas.
